Terms of service
These terms govern your use of ComplySub, a service of Agentic Labs LLC (agntwrk) at complysub.agntwrk.com, including its dashboard, upload and packet links, and AI assistant (MCP) connection. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Last updated 2026-10-07.
Who provides the service
ComplySub is provided by Agentic Labs LLC (agntwrk). You can reach us at hello@agntwrk.com.
Accounts and organizations
You sign in with an email link or with Google. Documents, vendors, and requirements belong to an organization, and the people you add to it can see and change them according to their role. You are responsible for the people you add, for keeping your sign-in secure, and for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information and use the service only for a business you are authorized to act for.
Acceptable use
Use ComplySub to check and manage insurance certificates and licenses in the course of your business. Do not break the law with it, upload documents you have no right to share, upload malicious files, probe or disrupt the service, try to reach another organization's data, or use the assistant connection or any automated access to overload it. Vendor upload links and packet share links are meant for the people you send them to; do not publish them.
Your data
The certificates, licenses, and other documents and records you or your vendors upload remain yours (or your vendors'). You give us the right to store and process them, including sending a document to an AI model to read it, only to provide the service to you. The privacy policy describes what we collect and how it is handled and deleted.
Automated checks are not advice
ComplySub reads documents with an AI model and compares them with the requirements you set, and it can make mistakes. The original certificate stays attached to every result so you can check it. ComplySub is not legal or insurance advice: your contract, attorney, and insurance broker decide what is actually required and whether coverage is adequate. You are responsible for decisions you make using the results.
Plans and billing
Free plans cost nothing. Paid plans are monthly and are billed through Stripe at the prices on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time under Billing, then Manage billing, in your dashboard; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and the organization then moves to the free plan. A price change applies to future billing periods.
Changes to the service and availability
We may add, change, or remove features. The service is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it running but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that reminders and alerts will always be delivered.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, ComplySub and Agentic Labs LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or losses from a missed or wrong finding, a lapsed certificate, or an email that was not delivered. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or put the service or other customers at risk. When an account ends, its data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
