Write to hello@agntwrk.com. Tell us your organization name and what you were doing, and attach a screenshot if it helps.

## Cancel a paid plan

Sign in, open Billing in your dashboard, and choose Manage billing. It opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel or change your plan at any time. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

## Delete your account

Write to hello@agntwrk.com from the email address you sign in with and ask to delete your account. We delete the account, its documents, and the data read from them within 30 days.

## Connect an AI assistant

Claude, ChatGPT, and other MCP clients can connect to your organization. Setup steps are in the AI assistants documentation.
